1. Agreement between the client and Inka Experience
2. Payment

If the client so chooses to make the 25% deposit for initial bookings, the remaining balance for the overall tour package must be paid to Inka Experience at least 50 days before initiating services.
In the case that terms are agreed upon with less than 50 days prior to the commencement of services, the tour package price must be paid in it’s entirety.
Payment can be made through the following forms: banking wire transfer, direct deposit, personal check or credit cards. In the case that payment is made through a banking wire transfer, the client is responsible for all service charges.
