Day 1. Puerto Maldonado Lodge
After your international flight arrival, you’ll catch your connecting flight to Puerto Maldonado. A representative of Inka Experience will be waiting for you in the airport to transfer you to your Puerto Maldonado lodge. Upon arrival and after a short explanation of your adventure, you will be transferred to the accomodations. On the way you will be able to observe different birds and jungle species from the region. When arriving to the lodge you will be welcomed and assisted to your personal accomodations.
 
Day 2. Puerto Maldonado Lodge
Very early this morning the adventure begins! You will take a long jungle walk for a half hour visiting the Gato river. The walk allows you to see several species of parrots and unique animals as well as different species from the Tambopata Reserve. You will also have the opportunity to visit a local tribe and observe how these people use their local surrounding of the Amazon jungle to their benefit.
Day 3. Puerto Maldonado Lodge
During your third day in the Amazon you will have the possibility of choosing between a variety of activities to partake in. These activities include nature walks, boat rides, fishing, searching for wild life, and many more.

After your day’s activities you will return to your jungle lodge to rest and have a local Amazonian meal.
 
Day 4. Puerto Maldonado – Cusco
Early morning return to Puerto Maldonado after breakfast for your flight to Cuzco.

Upon your arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your comfortable Cuzco hotel. You will have the opportunity to relax and explore the city of Cuzco on your own.
Day 5. City Tour Cusco
In the morning, we will cross the city and near ruins, we will visit downtown, the “Seat of the Guerrero” or Aucaypata, we will cross the wonderful Cathedral and the Church of the Company.

We will visit the Koricancha or temple of the Sun, well-known by its walls plated in gold in time of the Incas. We will know Sacayhuamán, military construction located Inca strategically to observe all the city from its enormous carved rocks and needs amazingly and united.

We will know Qenqo and Tambomachay, where we will learn about the ritual Incas

When finalizing the visit will be transferred to the hotel.
 
Day 6. Tour Sacred Valley
After breakfast, we will take off for our tour of the Sacred Valley.

Around 9 a.m. we will cross the Vilcanota River obtaining a panoramic view of the Pisac ruins. You will also visit the local Pisac market where you will find various types of artisan work. You will continue the journey to Urubamba where you will enjoy food from the Cuzco region. During your return to Cusco, you will visit Chinchero, exploring the historical home of Túpac Inca Yupanqui. After the tour’s finale you will be transferred back to your comfortable Cuzco hotel.

The Sacred Valley tour lasts approximately 9 hours.

Day 7. Machu Picchu
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Poroy train station for your train to the town of Aguas Calientes. The train journey will take approximately 4 hours in which you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes. When arriving at Aguas Calientes we will approach the bus station, which takes you to the citadel of Macchu Picchu, one of the most inspirational wonders of the world. When finalizing a three hour tour of the ruins, you will take the train back to the city of cusco and return to your comfortable hotel.
 
Day 8. Cusco – Puno
After breakfast you’ll be transferred to the airport/bus or train station for your trip to Puno.

Upon your arrival you’ll be picked up and transfer to your comfortable Puno hotel. You’ll have the afternoon to relax and explore the area on your own.
Day 9. Tour Lake Titicaca
You’ll have an early morning breakfast and transfer to visit Lake Titicaca. During this trip you will visit the islands of the Uros, which are floating islands. These islands are inhabited by the Uros community, settlers who are descendants of one of the oldest cultures of America. You will have the opportunity to spend time with the community and appreciate their unique style of living.

During the afternoon, you will have time to explore the lake on your own. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your comfortable hotel in Puno.
 
Day 10. Puno – Arequipa
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airport or bus station for your journey to Arequipa.

Upon your arrival, you’ll be picked up and transferred to your comfortable Arequipa hotel.

You’ll have the afternoon to relax and explore the city of Arequipa on your own.
Day 11. Tour Colca Canyon
In the morning you will travel towards the Colca Canyon, which lies in the Yura zone. You will enter to the national reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca, where you will to be able to appreciate vicunas, llamas, alpacas as well as the beautiful landscape. We will pass through the town of Vizcachani and Chucura and also Pata Pampa at 4800 m.s.n.m; Later the descent will begin towards the town of Chivay. When arriving at Chivay you will check into the hotel. During the afternoon you will visit the thermal baths of La Calera - a complex in a natural setting that counts with thermal baths which derive from the volcano. After the refreshing bath we will return to Chivay and rest for the following day.
 
Day 12. Tour Colca canyon
After breakfast, you will take off to Cruz Del Condor, one of the most important points in the canyon. From there you will be able to observe the depth of the Colca Canyon as well as the incredible landscapes. You will also have the possibility of observing the condors flying overhead. After the visit you will return to Chivay. On the way back you will visit the towns of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque as well as of Andahuilca and Choquetico. These views will allow you to appreciate the beauty of the Colca Valley. In the late afternoon you will return to the city of Arequipa and be transferred back to your comfortable hotel.
Day 13. City tour Arequipa / Arequipa - Nazca
In the midmorning, you will make a City Tour, exploring the main plaza. You will also visit the Monastery Santa Catherine. On the Main Square, you will be surrounded by beautiful colonial architecture and will know the imposing Cathedral. We will visit the Museum of Andean Sanctuaries, where we will see the Momia Juanita, the Lady of the Ampato, a young girl pertaining to the nobility Inca.

When finishing your city tour you will return to the hotel, and then be transferred to the Arequipa bus station for your trip to Nazca.

Upon your arrival you will be picked up and transferred to your comfortable hotel.
 
Day 14. Tour Nazca lines / Nazca – Ica
You’ll have an early morning pick up, after breakfast, and transfer for your Nazca Lines Over flight.

This tour includes a guide who will detail the different line figures formed below and give you some of the mystical history surrounding these figures.

Upon finishing your tour, you will be transferred back to your Nazca hotel and then continue on route to the bus station for your trip to Ica.

Once you arrive to Ica, you will be picked up and transferred to your comfortable hotel.
Day 15. Tour Ballestas Island / Ica – Lima
After breakfast you will take a tour of the Ballestas Islands where you will have the opportunity to see all types of marine wildlife.

Upon your return from the Ballestas Islands you’ll be transferred to the bus station for your first class bus to Lima. In Lima you’ll be picked up at the bus station and transferred to your comfortable Miraflores hotel.
 
Day 16. City Tour Lima / Transfer to the Airport
Today you will enjoy a morning or afternoon Lima City Tour, visiting the historical downtown area, Miraflores, San Isidro, and the art district of Barranco.

Upon finishing your tour, you will be transferred to the Lima airport for your international flight home.
